Now this is a bit moot since most of you LKS people who still visit this site (gee, are there still any you around?) have copies of the image archives I distributed years ago, but thanks to the wonders of Imageshack, ye olde field trippe gallery is back online. I took the images directly from my old raw scans and ran them through Photoshop a bit. They should be a bit clearer now, and not have that washed out look characteristic of my scans. I may have gone overboard with adjusting the levels and sharpness, though.
NOTE: The photos are now 1024x[insert random number around 700 here], and weigh in at about 200k each. There's 39 photos, so that's a total of ~7.5 megs of photos. Whoo. I think I may have missed a few, but I'll look into finding and uploading them soon. Check the galleries in a week or so.
The pool photos still look like shit. If anything, the chlorine burns and the areas that were exposed when the camera cracked open are even more prominent now because of the higher saturation. Hell, YOU try cleaning up a photo from a roll of film that came from a camera that got drenched in a wonderful mixture of mud and pool water.
The gallery layout (and possibly the whole site) may look very weird on Internet Explorer, but I'm probably not going to fix it anytime soon. Use a better browser, you lousy gits. You're just ASKING for trouble using Internet Exploder. Seriously.
Next on the list is the reunion gallery, and maybe some of the class photos, too. Actually, the reunion photos are done, but I'm too lazy to upload them right now.
Oh, one more thing. The photo in which Constantine, Geronimo and Japoy are acting like retards in the bus has found its way into one of the fake Japoy accounts. You people with know which photo I'm talking about. It starts with "P" and ends with "ORNO!"
Now I know it wasn't me, nor was it anyone else from Gummy. I removed that photo from the site ages ago, and it isn't on the old backup site I made, which means the only possible source is one of the image archive CD's.
